1/2 cup Carrot , grated
1 Beetroot , boiled
2 cups Yogurt (Curd)
1 tablespoon Cumin powder , lightly roasted
1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
Salt , to taste
1/2 tablespoon Chaat Masala Powder
Mint Leaves (Pudina) , few for garnishing

To begin making the Beetroot Carrot Raita recipe, peel boiled beetroot and cut into small pieces and set aside.
Meanwhile, whisk yogurt in a bowl. Add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt to taste.
Now add grated carrot and beetroot pieces. Mix everything well and garnish it with mint leaves. Serve cold.
