Ingredients
Chicken (boneless)- 250 grams
Onions- 1 (sliced)
Carrots- 1 (cut into small pieces)
Tomatoes- 1 (chopped)
Broccoli- 100 grams (chopped)
Lemon juice- 2tbsp
Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
Coriander sprigs- 2 (chopped)
White pepper- ½ tsp
Chaat masala- 1tsp
Roasted cumin powder- ½ tsp
Black salt- as per taste

Procedure
1.Boil the chicken and broccoli in a pressure cooker for the duration of 2 whistles.
2.You can strain the chicken and broccoli pieces.Save the stock for preparing stew or stock for later.
3.While the chicken boils, chop the rest of vegetables and spices.
4.Take a salad plate and keep the chicken and broccoli pieces on it.Add onions, tomatoes and carrots from the top.
5.Drizzle some lemon juice on the chicken veggies.Now season the dish with white pepper, black salt and chaat masala.
6.Mix up the spices with your fingers.Use the chopped green chillies and coriander leaves to garnish the chicken chaat.
7.You can enjoy chicken chaat as a snack with juice or your evening cup of tea.
