Ingredients Required :
Turmeric - 1 tablespoon
Ginger Juice - 3 tablespoon

This home remedy to reduce knee pain can work exceptionally, when you take it on a regular basis, in the right quantities.

Turmeric is an ancient herb that is rich in curcumin, which is a natural anti-inflammatory agent, which can reduce the inflammation in your knees, thus treating the pain.

Ginger contains beta carotene that allows oxygenated blood to flow to your knees, thus reducing swelling and pain.



Method Of Preparation :
Add the suggested amounts of ingredients in a cup.
Stir well to form a mixture.
Your remedy is now ready for consumption.
You can consume this remedy, every morning, after breakfast, for 2 months.
You can add honey to the mixture for a better taste
