Must Try This Buttermilk Fried Chicken Recipe
This fried chicken have some different taste from others. It is marinated in buttermilk and coated in a maida or all purpose flour. You can make at your home easily.
To prepare this recipe you have to marinate chicken a before 1 to 2 hours or a night before. So check out the recipe and enjoy.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 1 kg
Oil for Deep frying
FOR MARINATION:
Buttermilk - 2 cups
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper Powder to taste
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
FOR FLOUR COATING:
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Chilli powder - 2 tsp

Marinate Chicken
First assemble all the ingredients and be ready to marinate chicken. Take a bowl and add 1 kg chopped chicken pieces.

Add Spices
Now add 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder, Pepper powder, salt and mix everything properly. Add pepper powder and salt as per your taste.

Add Buttermilk
Now add 2 cups Buttermilk in the chicken and keep it aside for marinating.

Prepare Flour
While the chicken is marinating take a bowl and add 2 cups Maida or All Purpose Flour and add 2 tsp red chili powder, salt and mix it well. Add salt as per your taste.

Coat Chicken
Now take the marinated chicken and drendge them in the flour mix and coat it with flour properly.

Keep It Rack
Arrange all the coated chicken in a rack and place it sit for a while so that the coating sticks to the chicken.

Fry It
Take a pan and heat oil and put a chicken pieces in it and fry it properly. Fry the coated chicken till it turn into golden brown.

Serve It
Now your dish is ready so serve it with tomato ketchup or chutney or pickle as you like
